Rangin-Kaman-Sepid, the first education and rehabilitation center for middle aged and elderly citizens, was established in 2001, and has been working with the official permit of the Health and Welfare Organization since 2005.

This center received ISO 9001/2008 Quality Management certification in 2011, and in 2012was awarded by Science Promotion Organization of Iran for its educational programs and activities.

The budget of the institute is provided by the membership fee and the financial support of the Welfare Organization
